July is the month of the Most Precious Blood. Tuesday 1st July is the Feast of the Most Precious Blood. The Heart of Christ was pierced on the Cross, and Blood and Water flowed out, signifying the Holy Mass and Baptism. As we drink His Precious Blood from the chalice, our lips are empurpled with this saving Liquid, just as the homes of the Israelites were marked with the blood of the Passover lambs, that saved them.
